December 2, 2013 to January 1, 2014
Kind deeds can be big or small. There are many ways to show caring and kindness. Here are some examples of kind deeds:
- helping with the family pet
- helping with chores at home
- raking the leaves of a neighbour
- helping someone shovel their sidewalk or driveway
- donating to a food bank
- surprising someone with a cup of hot chocolate or tea
- paying for the car behind you at a drive-through
- helping out at the humane society or another important community organization
When you complete your random act of kindness we ask that you:
- Writes about it on the kindness card or add a comment to this blog...
- Pass your Kindness Card along to the recipient of the kind act, so that the recipient can continue the chain of kindness and also share about it on our school blog.
We hope that we
can brighten our community and help instill some
important character traits in our children through our kindness chain.
